Henry - Defeat may test you; it need not stop you. If at first you don't succeed, try another way. For every obstacle there is a solution. Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. The greatest mistake is giving up. Excuses keep us away from the things we want in life. My name is Henry and my life revolves around track and field at the moment. I'm not only running because I love to do so but for those who can't, I fought through much adversity and I'm not stopping now. One day I want to be able to say that no its not impossible achieving the dream. Use all of what you have been through and use that as the motivation to keep you moving forward. No one can take that away from you.
